ReloDB

Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 3, 2026

ReloDB is a static informational website for comparing countries using publicly available relocation metrics. We are committed to respecting your privacy. This policy explains what data, if any, is stored when you use our site.

What We Store

Analytics

We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics (page views, referrers, device type, country). If you choose "Essential only", analytics run in memory-only mode — no cookies or identifiers are stored on your device, and each page view is fully anonymous. If you choose "Accept all", PostHog stores a cookie to recognize return visits and track sessions across pages. You can change your preference at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer. Analytics data is processed by PostHog Cloud and is not shared with third parties.

What We Don't Collect

We do not collect personal information of any kind. There are no user accounts, no advertising, no fingerprinting, and no data shared with third parties beyond the anonymous analytics described above.

Third-Party Data Sources

Country data displayed on this site is sourced from publicly available databases (such as the World Bank, CIA World Factbook, and others) and is fetched at build time only. The only external requests made from your browser are to PostHog for anonymous usage analytics, as described above.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this policy, we will update the date above. Since we do not collect contact information, we encourage you to review this page periodically.
